Yes, we do require a deposit when booking your appointment. This way we can make sure you are confirming your appointment, as well as covering us from no-shows.
If you are coming for lashes, make sure you remove your contact lenses before the appointment starts, as the glue fume can irritate them.
For brows, nails and waxing appointments, just come as you feel comfortable.
We require at least 24 hours notice for a full refund cancellation or rescheduling.
Any changes made after the notice period will lose the deposit, except health matters, accidents or things out of control given proof.
No-shows are fully charged.
We understand unexpected things happen and we are more than happy to accomodate you. Please contact us if you are experiencing difficulties cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
If you find yourself running late for your appointment, please contact us to let us know. Anything after 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled, unless we are able to accomodate you.
