At Yano Studio Lash and Beauty, we are committed to providing exceptional service in a relaxing and welcoming environment. Our customer care policy ensures that every client enjoys a positive experience.
1. Appointments & Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15 minute grace period is allowed given notice.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Cancellations and Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund/deposit transfer.
Deposit will be kept for cancellations/rescheduling made less than the notice period.
No-shows are fully charged, unless it is a health matter and/or things out of control given proof.
3. Hygiene & Safety
We maintain strict hygiene standards for all tools and equipment.
Clients with contagious conditions should reschedule for health and safety reasons.
4. Customer Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
5. Respect & Conduct
We value kindness and professionalism. Any rude or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

We use secure payment processors to handle your payment information, and we do not store your full payment details.
